You can register on-line by credit card on this page. To register by mail click  Download for a word registration form.

All registrations include a lunch. Vegetarian lunches are available by request. Child care and signers are available by request prior to 8/14. Conference participants will not be excluded from any activities that occur during lunch if they choose not to eat lunch.
